Why Performance Matters
Ask any CPA firm if they are “customer-focused”, and of course the answer you receive will be “yes”. But do they walk the talk? I believe in Pulakos CPAs because of the individual pride that makes our team collectively ensure that “customer-focused” is a way of life and not just a buzz word. Performance is our purpose, much like an athlete who trains exhaustively to achieve victory – only our victories are measured by clients that can depend on our team for anything and everything that their success requires. Because at the end of the day, our value is not derived from the efforts we give our clients, but from the results that our clients receive.
