Dion’s Pizza®
For nearly 30 years, Dion’s Pizza® has satisfied New
Mexicans’ appetites for quality pizzas, submarines and salads.
Owners Jon Patten and Bill Scott follow five simple rules: 1) always

quality, service, and cleanliness in a family-oriented environment.
From a single store in 1978, Dion’s has grown to a New Mexico
landmark, with 900 employees and 13 locations in Albuquerque, Las
Cruces, Los Lunas, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe.
P&A has helped the pair take an increasingly tasty bite out
of the state’s restaurant business with audit and consulting
services since they began the business. “We hired P&A
on a friend’s recommendation,” Scott recalls, adding, “No
