PersonalIf I could spend an hour with someone famous, I would choose John Wooden, UCLA Men’s Basketball Coach from 1948 to 1975 and author, because he understands how to assemble and motivate winning teams. One of my favorite John Wooden quotes is ”A player who makes a team great is more valuable than a great player. Losing yourself in the group, for the good of the group, that’s teamwork.” Other than my profession, my biggest thrills in life are: spending time with my family, enjoying time in the outdoors and learning something new and different. My absolute favorite food is green chile cheeseburgers, unless you are talking to my wonderful and patient wife, then please relay that it is a healthy, mixed green salad. If I could take a trip to any destination in the world, I would choose New Mexico because you cannot beat the diversity of New Mexico’s population, the open space and topography: from White Sands in the southern part of the state to Wheeler Peak in the north.
